Had to take towels to exchange for new ones n one asked if fresh towels were needed. The pool was not cleaned so it was not open had no ability to travel,would have been nice to swim and barbecue instead of having to stay in room

The complimentary breakfast was a 8 out of ten to be the best , cause either way it was snacks and coffee which was better than nothing. I definitely recommend that yall maybe put some cereal and milk I think that would be great as everyone for the most part likes cereal in my opinion.
Negatives:
What.I really didnt like was the fact that there was several people in the hotel facility that were onThe pool side smoking marijuana and the front lobby reeked in that smell early in the morning and after I got off work . Also one of the front desk staff members was very rude when I was asked if I was going to continue to stay and extend for another day . I also have never been to a hotel where the tenants that stay there throw their trash in out the door and leave it there for the staff to clean up it just looks dirty and sometimes the trash remains there for o we a day . All the information that I have provided has been passed down to management and corporate office staff.
