Positives:
The facility appeared to be clean as well as the room despite the old peeling and ugly pleather bench cover. I rated this 5 based upon experience and not actually stay.
Negatives:
Their key machine wasn't working, so we would have had to be escorted back and forth to our room to get in. I initially accepted because we were there and I didn't want to look for something else last minute. But I thought about the inconvenience and even more so the Security issue of this situation. When asked for a refund because of it, the staff stated oh no that's not how that works. My sister asked, why and stated the reasons why we should. The lady then said, well since you didn't pay through Booking.com I can cancel and void the transaction. That is not the way anyone in hospitality should have responded and if I had paid (Thank God I didn't!) on Booking.com she should have followed with a solution to the problem even if it was to contact them.
