The bed wasn't clean, and the room had a horrible smell. The place allowed dogs in the building, and my kids couldn't sleep due to the loud people in the next room. The TV remote hardly worked. The bathroom was dirty, and the ceiling next to the elevator looked like it was going to cave in. The bed was very uncomfortable, and it felt like bugs were crawling all over us. The covers I received for our bed and the sofa bed were still wet and smelled
