Between Wednesday, Nov 13th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: EVERYTHING WAS SO GREATfrom the check in to check out!! The room was VERY CLEAN, beds were SO COMFY, pillows were GREAT!! The Continental breakfast was FANTASTIC!! Everyone was nice and accommodating!! Parking was free and the parking lot was VERY WELL LIT UP!! Location had everything you might need. We felt very safe in this area. We will be staying ONLY with Staybridge Hotel for future trips

Negatives: Shower water did not get as HOT as I would like.

Positives: I always stay here when Im in Baytown! Its my favorite hotel. Always clean, everyone is polite and very safe!
