No help when something was needed. Had no remote to the tvs in our room and it took 3 days for them to finally bring me one. All washers for laundry on site were broken and they wouldnt reimburse for lost change. Air conditioner in my room didnt work ei

The rooms are cozy comfortable bed very quiet and well maintained inside and out. The staff is so friendly and dog friendly. Hotel employee that works in the office is a great and friendly . The housekeepers are amazing love love them.

The location is perfect to where we wanted to be. The bed is soft, and the cable channel has a lot of channels to choose from.
Negatives:
The room smells moldy. The appliances are rusty and old. The towels are hard and have holes on them.
I would not recommend this place. If you have money to stay somewhere else, don't go here.

Didn't have the room I reserved put us upstairs the tv didn't work the handyman left us hanging 3 hours later we get another room someone was in finally got in a room with two small beds it was awful WILL NOT BE BACK

The breakfast consisted of whatever you wanted to purchase out of the vending machines as well as coffee.
Negatives:
I was in a handicapped accessible room. I could barely get my wheelchair through the room. I was constantly bumping into the beds or the desk. The outside of the property looked as though it was about to be torn down. There were children there and my grandson wanted to go outside to play with them, but the management didn't want them to be outside.
