Positives: I love the upgrades that is taking place and the full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenette is a wonderful addition when traveling with kids. Hotel employee was so sweet with excellent hospitality.

Negatives: I was a little disappointed because they are in the middle of remodeling the hotel but the staff really made the experience nice . For the price I got it at kind of compensate for the remodeling. I will visit this location again.

Positives: Nothing, other than near my destination in Sour Lake.

Negatives: Disgustingly dirty, smelly and things falling apart. The breakfast area was unsanitary as well, and the staff was unhelpful and complained about being there.
