The staff was Rude. It has roaches, dirty bedding, mold, rusted refrigerators. Kids ABOVE STOMPING ALL MORNING! Terrence smelled like marijuana once he Finally made it to the desk for me to check in. The other guy, the BB One attitude was nasty for No Reason. It's just Gross in there!!! The whole Hotel. Might as well be considered as a Motel . I believe CH's are house keeping which pretty much explain why the sheets were dusty. I'd love to be refunded some of my money for having to sleep through those conditions.

I CHECKED IN PAID FOR ROOM AND CHECKED OUT WITHIN 5 MIN. WAS PROMISED A REFUND BUT HAVENT RECIVED I AM HANDICAPPESAID FULLY REFUNDABLE WHEN MADE RESERVATION .D AND DROVE AROUND BUILDING 3 TIMES UNABLE TO FIND ANY PARKING SPOTS! ON TOP OF THAT NO OUTSIDE LIGHTING TO SEE ROOM NUMBER OR ANYTHING I WAS ALONE AND WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SEVERAL TRIPS TO ROOM. THERFORE I DINT FEEL SAFE AND I COULDNT PARK ANYWHERE. I WENT INSIDE CANCELLED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND THE YOUNG MAN WORKING SAID HE COULD NOT PRINT ME ANYTHING TO SHOW THE REFUND BUT SAID I SHOULD RECEIVE YHE REUND IN 2 OR 3 DAYS ASSUME THOSE WERE WORKING DAYS.THIS WAS DONE ON AUGUST 1ST BOOKING .COM MADE THESE RESERVATIONS FOR ME AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK . THE SITE SAID FULLY REFUNDABLE AND I MADE SURE OF THIS DUE TO THE FACT I HAD NEVER STAYED HERE BEFORE .

that one of the rooms did not serve the refrigerator and all the food was damaged. and the second room the refrigerator was all ugly rusty. The sheets and towels are not changed all week and this is the third week that I have stayed there
