The location next to a store.
Negatives:
The reservation wasn't respected, the room was not a double bed room it was a single king. It smelled musty and moldy. The room wasn't cleaned very well due to the fact we found a rusty shank that my mom almost cut her foot on . And when presented to desk clerk she just blew it off and said oh ill tell housekeeping. The breakfast they offer isn't really a breakfast and the orange juice is so watered down it didn't have any flavor.

TV was nice.
Bed was okay.
Negatives:
1. There was NO elevator. I am a 63 retired, disabled woman. Our room was on second floor. Hostess expected me to climb up stairs with luggage and a cane. No way. She changed our room to first floor with two double beds but we reserved a king bed.
2. Ice machines did not work. No ice.
3. Phone was torn up. Buttons were popped off.
4. Around the hotel to the rooms were dirty. Cigarette butts.
5. Breakfast was advertised. The only thing available was a brown paper bag with a sausage biscuit and muffin and box of juice.
