Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. They need to say it?s under construction. We spent Friday thru Monday without television, no phones in the rooms, no one came to pick up trash or see if we needed clean towels or anything.

The third floor is under renovations so the shower floor was unfinished and no closet installed. Also, all guest room doors were super loud when you close them. Something needs to be installed to slow doors to avoid slamming hard. No breakfast.

There was no breakfast, just instant oatmeal. That is all. No pastry, no fruit, nothing else but coffee/tea/cocoa. The location was the only benefit to staying there.
Negatives:
Our first room was being remodeled. Our second room had no toilet paper holder, the bed tilted up when we sat on it, it was missing some doors, claimed it was extended stay but didn't have one plate/glass/pot/pan. It did have roaches. The room door only worked by pulling the handle up. I couldn't get into the exercise room that night. neither could the desk person. The next morning I could get in, but only 1 of the 3 machines worked. When we first arrived it took 6 minutes before someone arrived at the desk to help us.
