The staff were so lovely. I think it was the manager that checked us in and he was SO accommodating. It felt like the staff wanted our best interest and because we were in town for a wedding, they waived our resort fee even though we didn't book through the hotel block. The staff deserves a 10/10.

Property overally was clean. The manager this morning was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The room itself was "ok" but could've been cleaner; especially the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom floors didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. There was hair from previous guests all over the floor. Makes me question the cleanliness of other parts of the room. The man that checked us in Thursday night was less than friendly. He really appeared to hate his job. Also, the fees/promotions from Booking.com did not align with the fees/promotions of the property and we still left with it not correct. Seemed like a bait and switch. Not happy about that.

We arrived at 5:30pm. We were issued a room that was still dirty from the previous guest. We waited for 20 minutes and was then given another room. The toilet was continuously running the whole two day stay. We reported it to the front desk several times but nothing was done. We heard the water running through the pipes all night and it made it hard to sleep at all. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and just sitting on the holder. They kept falling into the shower floor. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. You have to order it and pay for it.
