Great Hotel, Great location; will be staying there again for the October Texas Mile.

Cleanliness was not up to par. There was a mouse in my room that ate my crackers. Ice bag was not replaced twice. I asked for a first floor room and it wasnt available. Horrible smell in the rear entrance??

This facility appears to be rather new. The staff was very friendly. The coffee was pretty good. The breakfast was also pretty good with decent hot options such as eggs (powdered), sausage, potatoes, and a Texas-shaped waffle maker (what hotel in Texas would be complete without one?). We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and newness of the facilities. We would definitely recommend this place if you have business or family in the Beeville area.

We don't really have any gripes with this property. It was well worth the money.
