I did not like anything. I want a refund. I was only there for a. Few hours. They charged me a pet fee and 100$ deposit. It was all the money I had I fell twice while moving my things into the room as condensation from the AC unit made water in front of thebdoir and there were faux wood floors very slick. Staff was rude and drinking with other customers. I EANT A TEGUND!

the room was so dirty we immediately left. the outside appearance of the railings, doors, and walkways are seriously worn and need power washing and paint

We felt very uncomfortable staying...

The AC was already one when I got to my room. The dinette area was nice and very useful.
Negatives:
When I went to check in I had to call the number because no one was there to check me in. When I got checked in I went to my room, which already had someone else checked into that room. When I wanted to check out again no one was at the desk so I had to call someone to come to the desk. They just told me to leave the key card on a bench and it would be alright.

I liked the cleaning lady. She was very friendly and helpful. She was the only good thing about my stay.
Negatives:
I’m a cancer patient, so my brother checked in with me because my husband had to work. The Indian guy working the front desk thought I was a hooker I guess, because when he saw my husband with me the next day made a remark about having other guests with me. And made a comment to my husband as well. Also had us pay a pet deposit because my puppy was with me only for about 30 minutes and only cuz it was hot in the vehicle and didn’t want to leave her in there. I took her to stay with other family. He was rude and his attitude was uncalled for.
