Price was high, we did the online check in, the person at the front desk was nice, gave us our room key, we go to the room and the door is cracked open, when we enter their was a suitcase. We backed out of the room and went and told the front desk person. He went in the room and there was someone in there. After him telling us several times the hotel was full, he was on the phone with someone and after about 30-45 minutes he gave us a key to the room next door. When we checked out they just said that can happen.
