Negatives: Beds were horrendous. Mattresses worn with divots and loose, rickety frames. No toilet paper on roller in restroom. No body soap in dispenser in restroom. A/C was extremely noisy when it kicked on. I had heard that the continental breakfast was one of the best but although the food variety was good, no dish was hot.

Positives: The breakfast was wonderful. Better than we have had at ANY hotel where it is provided free. Laid out beautifully, room was huge so plenty of room w/o feeling cramped and very clean.

Negatives: The TV did not work in the room we were assigned so we were moved next door. All good except the refrigerator was not cleaned out and we could tell the items had been there for awhile. Certainly these things are not a big deal, but for $150 per night I expect the TV to work and total cleanliness in the room.

Negatives: There’s no hot tub like many of the photos show. One of our mattresses was completely broken in the middle. I was told they don’t offer discounts for that.
