It was sold as a non-smoking room. It smelled of cigarettes and there cigarette stains on the bathtub. One of the pillows on the bed smelled like popcorn, so assuming the pillow case had not been changed…

We rented two rooms and it was clear that the bedsheets were not cleaned, and they were just reused. There was hair and other debris along the bedsheets, pillowcases and all over the floor. The toilet was not cleaned and had human waste in it. Toilet paper was on the floor as well.
