Positives: The location of the hotel is good for a transitional visit. The value was important as we needed a room last minute and couldn't find another one in town. The room was fine. We didn't have any glaring issues, the bathroom and floors appeared to be clean and in good repair.

Negatives: The bedding was a bit worn, but appeared to be clean. The staff member who checked us in was helpful. We had to wait a few minutes for him to return to the office to check us in, but it wasn't excessive.

Negatives: We rented two rooms and it was clear that the bedsheets were not cleaned, and they were just reused. There was hair and other debris along the bedsheets, pillowcases and all over the floor. The toilet was not cleaned and had human waste in it. Toilet paper was on the floor as well.
