The lady at the front desk at check in was not friendly, the location is near a road where homeless are living and the people/person staying directly above us kept us up all night with stomping on the floor and moving furniture.

Found roaches in our room. The room still warm during the stay to was not happy with it that it was controlled by the hotel. Don't plan to stay there anymore

I liked that there was a kitchenette, and the mattresses were comfy.
Negatives:
The floors were sticky, the tub didn't drain, it was supposed to be smoke free and the elevator and halls reeked of cigarettes. Half the outlets didn't work and the towels were rough rags. I had to go to Walmart to go get decent towels. There were many different construction workers there bringing in women and groping them openly and in the elevators. It is NOT a family establishment.
