I like the hotel and the breakfast. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff was nice.
Negatives:
When I first arrived the lady greeted me kind of rude. When I walked in she said, what do you need. As if I was a bother to her. And the pool was cold.

Good
Positives:
It was clean
Negatives:
Sheets did not fit the bed. Fitted sheet kept coming off. There was blood stain on the curtain. The headboard was not connected to the wall was crocked & moved. The breakfast did not include hot food. This was Sunday Thanksgiving day weekend ... thought they would have had a hot breakfast available. My husband is allergic to gluten so all the breakfast items he could not eat. The only item available was the yogurt for him. We paid a more $ for the suite, but we cannot get a decent breakfast. That is sad. We will be looking for another hotel in the area. We travel from Houston to visit family in the area 3-4 times a year & stay over night in a hotel.

Nice, clean, horrible breakfast, expensive for the area
Positives:
The breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Where to start. This was a stay at a Hampton Inn, a Hilton brand. I paid $218 to stay one night (presumably the rate was high because it was a Friday night), and I simply expected more than I got for my money. There was mildew built up under the soap dish in the shower, dust built up in the corners of the towel shelf, stains on the walls, a weird corrosion built up on the bases of the lamps, torn lampshades, and food on the inside top of the microwave. And who puts a coffee maker IN the bathroom, next to the shower? All in all, this property fell short of my expectations.
Review
Adequate, but not what I expected from this brand.
Positives:
The front desk staff were very friendly and addressed our issue (room not made up/ready when we checked in) quickly.
Negatives:
The hotel is starting to look a little run down. There's mold in the washroom tub, the curtains were torn and it generally looks like its time for a refresh.
