room was a typical room same as most motels

Lack of linens. when we arrived we had bath towels, hand towel and wash cloth. I had an extremely hard time contacting the lady at the front desk the phone in our room did not work and she was not at the Front desk for some time approximately twenty five minutes. when I finally made contact I told her I need her i needed three wash cloths she brought out two towels and two wash clothe then I ask for one more wash clothes and she brought out two more
