The 1st night we didn’t realize the bedroom window was opened some. We just figured the windows were thin and that’s why we heard so much traffic. I had the bed closest to the window and there were two spots really wet. One below the pillow and another toward the middle of the bed. I didn’t call the office tho. We were just too tired. The 2nd day the fire alarm went off 3 times. I’m
Disabled and can’t go up and down stairs. I couldn’t even use the phone to call the office. There was a lady outside her door and I asked her if we needed to leave. I had been in the shower the 1st time it went off. It was scary! Can’t believe it went off 3 times. I will use this hotel again in the future if needed.

The breakfast and location were great.
Negatives:
Our room smelled very musty like a bunch of sweaty people had stayed in there. It didn't feel clean and the 2nd room in the suite didn't have a working ac. It blew air just didn't get cool. Also the housekeeping lady scared us the next morning by banging so hard on the door and yelling then immediately coming in. We weren't even due to check out for another couple of days. I had to go to the front desk to get a do not disturb door hanger as they were not provided in the room.

I dont understand how this place is rated so high compared to other options in the area that are much more satisfactory. This place is dated and musty, our room phone was broken, the AC unit was so brittle that the cover for filter fell off when we turned it on. not sure if the floors are vacuumed but it triggered allergies for myself and family. the staff are nice and changed our room for a functioning room, but the hotel itself is not the greatest. Sorry, but this shouldn’t be rated a 9 in booking.com, something is off. Will not be staying here again, we stayed in Wyndham in Dallas a few years ago and it was the same except ants were everywhere in that one. We thought we’d try it again at a different location, the rating and price at the time of booking ($100) seemed like a bargain but it just didn’t cut it for us.

I missed the poorly marked entrance and had to detour a few miles and renavigate thru several streets, would have been very difficult without gps and a passenger. tv had a bad connection was unwatchable (can't say i missed it)
