The staff, had a bad incident this time. My teenage daughter went down to get some chips and some utensils and no one was at desk so she was looking for utensils and a worker came out and started yelling at her accusing her of stealing, she paid for the chips and came up to me crying, I went down to set things straight and worker had an attitude and didnt apologize and gave me a name reluctantly and Im assuming nickname. The next morning I reported this and the next worker tried to take up for her so Im pretty sure its not going to be reported . No one should ever yell at someone elses child regardless of what they think is happening. Probably wont be booking here again unfortunately.

Disgusting room, hand prints on the mirror, cockroaches scattered around the room.Dust everywhere seems we had to transfer rooms not once but twice to atleast stay in a decently clean room. Would not come and stay back at this location honestly it should be criminally illegal to be able to pay to stay in such disgusting rooms.
