Breakfast offerings were good. The staff was friendly. The lobby was updated, nice. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The coffee and hot water at breakfast were tepid. The carpet in the halls on the third floor were full of spots, and the shower needed to be replaced or at least scrubbed thoroughly. Basically, the floor we saw badly needed renovation. The elevators were dirty too.

Bathroom tiles were cracked and some felt loose. Breakfast was scant and had to find someone for coffee. Toilet seemed loose but could have been because of the tiles. Just seemed worn.
