Negatives: Everything dated (microwave and fridge old, dated bedding, flooring yucky in corners

Negatives: Locations was good but when actually going inside room.. smelled horrible , towels had black stains in them , pillow case had what looked like cigarette burn, no trash bags in trash cans, tv control did not work , patches on Sheetrock on walls , they just need to change walls , paint , change comforter they look so outdated.

Negatives: I booked for two days, and they only allow me check for one day, the room was terrible, not clean, noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable, I want a refund!

Negatives: EVERYTHING!! The pictures they use on site are not what the place actually looks like.

Negatives: Pool was not maintained/green with algae

Negatives: They have 2 elevators but only one works. The one that works barely works and smells like piss. 2nd elevator didn’t work and was open but stuck between the 2nd and 3rd floor. Watch your kids around there! Complete lawsuit with that elevator. It seems like they weren’t using the rooms on the first or second floor. The lady in front of me requested handicap accessibility and they told her she would still need to go to the 3rd floor. Pool was permanently closed. Also 3rd floor has yellow jackets EVERYWHERE. There is damage near a nest near every light. They need to deal with that before someone gets stung!

Negatives: 1.room was filthy with large bugs crawling the walls, in the bathroom and in the bed 2. No clean towels or wash clothes were available then the ones we received were very dingy and stained with brown spots 3. Refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor.(That's when we noticed how filthy the floor was) 4. bath tub plug was broken 5. beds linens were dirty and soiled and the bedding that was replaced was itchy 6.People were fighting and the police were there @7am right outside our room. 7.They had gave our room to another family right after I paid, was given the keys and was charged a pet fee that wasn't told to me upfront. 8. Said breakfast was one of the amenities, but no breakfast was available Room was not refundable after our findings and we were forced to be uncomfortable for two nights. The manager never came and addressed all my concerns I reported to booking.com customer service Very disappointed
