Between Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: No one was in the front desk to help us check in until almost an hour later. There were about 6 customers waiting as well. Then when the perosn showed up, she didnt bother acknowledged us nor much less apologized for she finally showed up. We coudl all tell she was extremely upset for whatever reason she had.

Positives: I made a reservation for 5 people and when I arrived at the hotel they told me they didn't have the accommodations for 5 people. The receptionist was friendly and I moved to a mini swite, but the sofa bed was super uncomfortable, with springs outside, and in the other room where my parents stayed the air conditioning didn't work, and neither did the toilet.

Negatives: Sofa bed very uncomfortable, the toilet did not work well, the air conditioning, in general the hotel is very neglected. Facilities need maintenance

Positives: The location was convenient.

Negatives: Staff did not clean the room, nor brought clean towels, nor come to dispose of trash. The room had a wet moldy smell. Cat hair was in a chair. The walls had holes in it, need wall plugs, and more lighting. Lamp on left side of bed first was dim then just went on out.
