Positives:
Hamptons really does well with the value proposition. The room was a really nice size and extremely comfortable. They have a laundry room which is a big win, as well as a fitness room. Their breakfast is their classic!
My stay overall was great for the price that I was paying. They get the important things right.
Negatives:
The staff was not as professional as I would like it, but they were nice. I had to call thrice to get toiletries and towels. They don't clean the room every day (it's every two days).

Our room smelled like urine. It was really bad, I didn't move rooms because we only stayed in the room overnight. Midnight to about 9am when we left. I did tell them in the morning and he put a work order in.
