Negatives:
I had to move rooms when I arrived because the restroom was dirty and the toilet wouldn't flush. Also, I made a note on my reservation not to be close to the elevators but they put me in a room, twice, right next to the elevators. There were loud noises coming from the room next door that kept us from sleeping almost all night. I finally called the front desk at 3:45 a.m. to report the noises but no one answered the phone. I had a minor procedure done and really needed my rest.
