I didn't know they had breakfast, but would not have used it anyway. I have stayed at many 6's before, the price is cheap but it is usually clean; it wasn't. There was dirt and mold in the shower corners and roaches on the floors. My wife had to fumigate our luggage before I could bring anything into the house. We were in room 150 and the door is stuck so that I had to bang my shoulder up against it to get it open. All in all won't go back and anyone I can talk to won't either.

worst experience at any motel...
Positives:
I had a very good sleep at night. Very comfortable room. It was clean in every corner. The bathroom was nice and clean, equipped with necessities. A mini refrigerator and a microwave are there. Spent a relaxing peaceful night at this motel after attending a business conference. The location is easy to access which is right off the i45 service road. And easily accessible to IHOP, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Target, and Car washes to keep your ride always clean.

Was the cheapest but still a hotel. Was an EC situation. We couldn’t checkin 2pm..get our room…very old beds/holes in walls. Took a day to get a blanket and towel..the blanket was a jail blanket. Was a cold first night no blanket just a sheet!!
Lucky she gave us toilet paper!
Yes Roaches and mean ass hotel workers that hate life and make the hotel guest feel like prisoners!

It was worn down, sheets had stains and burn holes. VERY basic with bed, bathroom, and a tv that was fuzzy the entire time. The staff was rude and I wasn’t allowed to check in when I was supposed to because my “room wasn’t ready” so I waited outside while I watch the maid staff talk and eat while standing next to their carts.
