• Shuttle from the airport to the hotel: how should it be requested?! I’ve sent an email via Booking and never got a reply. When I was at the airport I called the hotel (thanks for the international phone call fees btw) and they eventually hang up on me. Had to pay $27 for a Lyft.
• Alarm ringing at 6am (probably set by the previous guest but hasn’t been reset)
• Housekeeping coming to the room at 11:55am to request leaving the room (I was ready but why coming before the actual checkout time?!)

I couldn't reach the hotel to arrange for the free shuttle. I had to pay 30.00 for a taxi from the airport. The wifi didn't work in my room and I had to go to the lobby to use my computer.
