Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. The elevator was broke. Furniture needed to be wiped down. Bathroom fixtures were rusted! Air quality was poor! The toilet had urine stains around the caulking! There was a plastic bag covering the fire alarm on the ceiling. No ice machine!

Their system were down. There was nobody at the reception for more than 15 minutes .When I asked how long would it take to solve the problem, the receptionist was very rude, talking down to people. It was 8pm an I was not able to check in.

Worst customer service. My booking was confirmed where I had to stay in the hotel with my family of 2 kids (3 yr old and 4 months old) but the staff denied to give me room for a non sensical reason. I was been told they got 40+ over bookings.. i had to sleep in the car with my whole family for that night since there are no more rooms available in the city anymore. Had the worst day in my life due to worst hotel and staff

1. Elevator did not work 2. There was no ice machine and no coffee filters 3. The appearance of the room and bathroom was very old. The tub was redone and could tell it was redone over the years 4. The door of the bathroom stuck due to humidity and could never close 5. Always felt humid in the room, no matter what the temp, this could be due to the environment, but a dehumidizer would of been nice 6. Wasn't even offered a room on the 1st floor due to elevator issues, had to take a room on 3rd floor
