Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

We didn’t stay!

I really tried to think of something I liked but there was nothing. I would have left but on arrival date we were tired and had commitments to attend to.
Negatives:
Room cards would not work went down to front desk three times until worker finally decided to go with me and confirmed the door would not open. Apparently there was water damage that was causing issues with that. We were not the only ones having this issues, two others were having the same problem. She said she could open the door with master key but we would have to have an employee open our door every time we would come in. Finally called someone that approved them to move us to a different room. So it was not what I had reserved and we were not given any compensation.

The elevator was broke. Furniture needed to be wiped down. Bathroom fixtures were rusted! Air quality was poor! The toilet had urine stains around the caulking! There was a plastic bag covering the fire alarm on the ceiling. No ice machine!

I was been told they got 40+ over bookings.. i had to sleep in the car with my whole family for that night since there are no more rooms available in the city anymore. Had the worst day in my life due to worst hotel and staff
