Negatives:
It was under reconstruction . There were toilets in hall visible by the elevators. The pool was closed . And we were charged a tourism fee on top of everything . Should not be charged when nothing worked. Bed needs to be replaced . For a Hilton not good.

I could not stay due to leaving my card at home I called booking.com they called hotel they would not take cash. I was told I could not check in. I was told I will not be charged I was charged for a room I didnt stay at. I have been calling booking.com and hotel manager and emailing both no luck. Dry disappointed.
