We weren't able to take a warm. We were told water heaters were out around 7:30 and both of us had to shower with cold water because we had to try to sleep early. Finally had a knock at the door after 11 pm with them saying the warm water was back up.

The breakfast was fine, and the water dispenser in the lobby was useful.

The check in experience was horrendously long. I worked as a front desk agent before, so I know it should not have taken nearly 15 minutes to take information from my ID and give me my room keys. After a long drive, that was not what I was anticipating. I’ve also worked in housekeeping, and there were many things missed when cleaning the room. There was a long hair right in the middle of the bathtub. There was also a dead bug in our mini fridge. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and we were placed next to the most annoying dog that barked nonstop. Overall we were very disappointed by our experience.

honestly just the lady working the front desk she was helpful.

once I walked in the building it smelt like mildew, once going into our hotel room it had a very bad odor of bleach/ mildew and the elevator was very dirty it smelt and all the walls look liked they haven’t been wiped in months. worse experience I’ve ever had staying at any hotel and it’s expensive for it being so nasty!! $320 for 2 nights

Breakfast was okay but there was no meat served and bisquits were hard. However, the waffle station was great. We love the location - one of the main reasons we choose this hotel (we've been staying there for the past 5 yrs.). We had requested an upper floor room when booking but we were told that there were none available when we checked in . However, it appeared that there weren't many guests staying there (the parking lot was mostly empty. The room we stayed in was on the first floor and it was in need of repair work done around the frame of the bathroom door and there was a large yellow stain in the bathtub. There was no luggage rack in the closet and the room smelled musty. We always enjoy the indoor hot tub and swimming pool, however, the hot tub was gross with algae on the floor bottom and the sides. The pool had mold on the sides and bottom. They looked as if they hadn't been maintained in months - very disgusting.
