Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The jacuzzi was cold, but not labeled as broken. We could hear our neighbors, something so loud happened upstairs it woke us up in the night.

honestly just the lady working the front desk she was helpful.
Negatives:
once I walked in the building it smelt like mildew, once going into our hotel room it had a very bad odor of bleach/ mildew and the elevator was very dirty it smelt and all the walls look liked they havent been wiped in months. worse experience Ive ever had staying at any hotel and its expensive for it being so nasty!! $320 for 2 nights

the elevator sounds like it is crashing each time it stops. not sure why people with dogs are put on the third floor when the hotel is practically empty. it said no pet fee but they did charge a 40 deposit.
