Paid for room to accommodate 5 guest only had a king size bed had to buy air mattress for three staff said no guarantee on accommodations

Worst place ever lying dogs will never step foot here again will never use booking.com again
Oh and the breakfast was a joke continental at best is free a most places 13.99 gave us coupons for 3.00 off at front desk and in-house restaurant refused to honor them what a joke

The only thing we liked was the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Clean carpet, friendlier staff, free parking, working coffee pot, no hot water. The pool was slippery from algae, and my partner slipped on it and fell. Also one little girl fell completely down because it was so slippery

Alot of pillows on the bed very comfortable bed, sofa bed was comfortable, room was very spacious. Bathroom was nice great towels, comes with hand soap, lotion, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.Strong water pressure in the shower. The location on the beach is very nice. The tv in this room worked great and had alot of channels.
Negatives:
Ordered a frozen Margarita at the inside bar came in a 10 oz glass for $12 then also ordered from the Sand Bar 12 oz plastic cup $12. Noticed other customers ordering drinks prices just seemed over priced to me.

We rent a 2 queens room. One of the beds was broken in one of the corners. When my sister was sitting over the bed and felt down on the floor. This was disappointing. We would’ve liked another room or compensation for this. Floor 4
