We stayed at Element literally a total of 9 hours, came in from a late flight and had an early morning one out. The hotel was close to Dallas Love Field, they had a shuttle to and from the airport. The onsite staff was amazing recommending someplace in walking distance still open to eat at (it was midnight). The room was spacious and CLEAN

.This is a nice propery . Very clean. Shuttle to the airport is a bonus.
Negatives:
No working lights in main room. Unhelpful front desk staff. We were told the shuttle leaves every half hour first come first serve. We got downstairs at 350am for 4am shuttle. It never came. Front desk clerk did not seem to care. At 426am a dri er arrived and was great but we were frustrated by the lack of response from the desk clerk.
