Front desk wouldn't answer the phone, took me 10 minutes to get through. During check in the front desk wouldn't even acknowledge me. Bathroom was nasty and toilet wouldn't flush.

The location was hard to get to, No parking for SUV vehicles and the staff were not very helpful in locating a parking spot. The room had a dehumidifier in it and smelt damp, no one said anything to me. That night i turned on the aircon as the room was really hot from the dehumidifier and found that the aircon was leaking. I informed staff the next morning and nothing was done. Very disapointed.

The room was very small and there was no milk, coffee or tea, i felt that the bed had bits in the sheets so had to brush the sheets off.

Beds were comfy and the room was somewhat clean

We got stuck in the elevator multiple times. The pool and patio were dirty; there was vomit on the patio. Non-guests are sitting right out front of the main doors, begging for money and cigarettes. Didn't feel safe to go outside after a certain time.
