Positives: It had the view we wanted and the balcony was nice. The room was big.

Negatives: We booked a DOUBLE BED ROOM for FOUR adults. We ended up with a KING bed and a pull out couch for four people. How ridiculous is that. We called the next morning about breakfast and they told us it was included only for us to get a bill after eating. Ridiculous.
