Element Dallas, accommodation was actually very nice. The room was modern and a great little kitchenette and bedroom area. The breakfast wasn't too bad, a little more choice would make it better.
Negatives:
Element Dallas was our final overnight stay in the US after a 3-week trip. The staff looked uninterested at check-in, not rude more like a poor greeting for new guests. The area surrounding this property was a little run down with several characters hanging around, which made it feel a bit unsafe to walk about. For a us it was a quick trip for Fried Chicken and Aldi for dinner provisions and a night in.

Breakfast was fantastic! I have a kiddo with a metabolic disorder and for the first time, there were options for everything available to him. He was in heaven.

It was very warm, I would even say hot. The room wouldnt stay cool. Definitely overpriced for what it is. And I was charged once when booking and then again after checkout. They still havent refunded me yet, its been 4 days.

Our stay at the Element hotel was excellent, we stayed 6 days and our room was very nice and clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and helpful That made our stay even more pleasant . Very very hospitality. I do plan to come back to Dallas in the future for business and pleasure and of course I will make the Element Hotel my stay in the future.
