Staff was very friendly and helpful when questions were asked. Customer Service was a plus.

On the evening of arrival I checked in was advised to make sure I took care of parking payment no later than 10pm . In the process of me checking in , unloading the car , waiting on my spouse to arrive so I can register both vehicles in which all took place by 8:30 pm I already received a parking ticket. Fast forward I paid the ticket no problem the following day Friday evening get to my vehicle before 8:30 pm to go out for the evening there is another parking ticket on the car . Give people a chance to get the evening going and started before you start ticketing vehicles.
