Negatives: You have to pay for parking

Negatives: Rooms were old and tired, no hot water in the bathrooms, terrible water pressure. Hotel advertised a shuttle with a 3 mile radius on their website. However did not have one.

Negatives: We booked because Embassy Suites has indoor pool and spa but didn’t know u til after we paid for our hotel that the pool and spa were closed. Also, the hotel is under construction, only one working elevator in the hotel which was inconvenient and the front desk is out of a side office with a make shift desk in the doorway.

Negatives: Roaches, full instead of queen size bed

Negatives: They had roaches paid for king bed and got a queen

Negatives: When I arrived at the Embassy Suites by the Galleria in Dallas, TX, I was surprised to find it in the midst of construction, something I hadn't been told about beforehand. The noise from the construction made it hard to relax, and to top it off, both the pool and gym were out of order, which was a major letdown. Inside the room, things didn't get much better. The carpet looked tired and worn, and the bathroom's electrical outlet didn't work. Plus, there was no hair dryer in sight, and the replacement they provided only blew cold air. I ended up having to do my hair in the kitchenette area. The room itself didn't feel fresh or inviting at all. It seemed like it hadn't been cared for properly, and to make matters worse, the TV kept cutting out. Overall, my stay at left A LOT to be desired. Between the construction, maintenance issues, and lack of amenities, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Negatives: They have a large private parking lot and still charge you $15 a night to park. This was not clear when I booked, and is just plain greed. The food at this location was subpar, I literally spit food out twice. Their only saving grace was the gentleman cooking on the grill. Unfortunately, they only had one employee working the grill and a very long line waiting for food. Our room had a strong odor of old cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. The hotel was under construction and this should have been noted at time of booking. I have stayed at other locations of this hotel in the Dallas area and had a much better experience.

Negatives: The elevators were down and we had to take the stairs.

Negatives: Issues with the microwave and young kids knocking on our door late at night.

Negatives: I called in the morning to request an early check-in. I was told everything was set up and ready to go for early check-in. I got to the hotel and was told no rooms were available. We were accommodated but had to change our room. The room smelled musty and not pleasant.

Negatives: I was charged for 2 nights when I cancelled

Negatives: Staff is rude Didn't clean my room

Negatives: Paying for parking? I think that’s wild you have to pay to stay at said location and then turn around and pay more money to park.
