The staff that prepared our breakfast were amazing! The food was delicious as well.
Negatives:
I felt that the clerk at the front that took care of our check-in was not the friendliest with me. She was very abrupt and juat handed me the flyer with all the hotel information. I witnessed her treat the customer before and after me with the utmost respect and friendliness. In other words, her treatment towards me made me feel as I she was being racist, being that I am Hispanic and the other customers were white. I don't normally say anything, because I felt that this time it needed to be said. Other then that, the rest of your hotel staff was great!

The thermostat in room stated room was at 65 degrees (was pre-set to that on arrival). The room was extremely hot and humid. Went to get water from front desk and notified employee behind counter. Employee was nice and stated he would have “engineer”come up and look at thermostat and temperature of room. No one ever came up to room. I slept maybe an hour and had to leave for airport by 6am.
