Between Monday, Sep 16th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Sep 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Sep 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Honestly the only thing we liked was how nice the staff was.

Negatives: The entire place smells so bad except for the lobby.( it's clean and smells good due to the washroom being in the front.) there's a homeless camp set up right by the fence. so many people all hours of the night and day on drugs, screaming, lots of police activity in the front Parking lot. We did not feel safe at all. We could barely sleep due to all the noise and pests. It smelled so bad

Negatives: Staff is rude and nosy. Homeless people living on adjacent land allowed to come into property. They also walk the parking lot and badger you for money. Hallways crowded and not clean. People smoking in rooms with windows open. Scary place. AC in room stopped working. Fridge barely cold and freezer melted ice. $6 a load to wash clothes.

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that when I arrived, the lady at the counter told me that there was a $100 deposit on the room, and when I returned to actually check in, there was another guy at the counter and he told me the deposit was $50. They kind of threw me for a loop. Another thing I didn't like was the mold on the ceiling in the restroom over the shower. That was really nasty. Other than that our stay was ok

Positives: The property area was decent. The gentleman who is the manager in Dallas was pleasant.

Negatives: A woman who was working the day of my departure, Tuesday morning, was not friendly at all. Her name I believe was Kathleen. I missed my flight and had to spend more money for another flight. She,in my estimation needs to have training in customer service and satisfaction. An ugly attitude will hurt the business there.
