Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Negatives: . I do not like aesthetic of the kitchen. Looked very old. The place smelled of smoke and looked a little run down.

Positives: It was inexpensive. We planned to go to a concert so the hotel being right beside a road was convenient, and luckily, the cars outside werent too loud (an exception for the occasional motorcycles and other louder vehicles).
Negatives: The floor was so dirty. Any time we walked without shoes on our feet or socks would become covered in dirt and dust. Towards the end of our stay we saw a roach that had been hiding behind the couch, however, that was the only bug we had seen (though we only stayed for 2 nights). Apart from that, it was clean enough.
