Very rude receptionist a dirty rooms. Entire lobby has so much smell. Dirtiest carpets

Valet service was required, however the valret staff were not professional, courteous,not did they seem to be in a hurry. I called down to receive my truck and was told to come down and ask. Then waited 30 minutes for the vehicle to be received.
