The location was perfect when factoring in dining/entertainment. The staff were AMAZING! Shout out to Curtis the concierge for making my husband's birthday trip the best!
Front seat staff were AMAZING as well from the food recommendations to their patience with answering any and every question we had. Valet & doorman were super friendly, very attentive and barely allowed us to pick up our own bags (lol)
This was our first time in Texas & this hotel will now forever be our go to.

I absolutely LOOOVE this hotel. It is clean, beautiful and right across the street from the Dallas symphony which is almost always the purpose of my trips to Dallas.
Negatives:
During my last stay they decided to charge me $60 and claimed it was the “amenities fee”. I have booked thru booking with them and this had never happened. When I called to clear it up, the woman I spoke to treated me like I had never stayed at a hotel before and claimed that my booking thru booking.com didn’t include this daily resort fee. A shame because other than this surprise charge I loved this hotel. Now I don’t feel like I could trust them.
