It was quiet besides the sound of the highway right outside my window

I asked for clean towels and never received them they took the dirty ones but never replaced them with fresh new ones. My toilet stopped working I called for service. They called me back and told me to come get a plunger so I can fix it myself! I ended up leaving and upon returning no one was at the front desk. We waited for 5 minutes and decided to just go to the room. Waited about 15 minutes went back downstairs for the towels and plunger….the front desk person was outside with her boyfriend. At this point its after midnight and We are just tired and exhausted. I will never again stay here. For the amount of money I spent staying here I could have went to a motel 6. I might as well fill out an application and be on payroll seeing this a serve yourself hotel. Also many of the outlets did not work in the room good luck charging your phone!

Reasonable stay location at prestine...
Positives:
Ideally located closed to downtown Dallas for visiting JFK site - stayed here 2 nights and couldn't fault anything! The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff were both friendly & helpful and the the breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold food. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the Dallas area!
Negatives:
If we would have to be picky, it's located next to the freeway so rooms could be noisy, ours wasn't and they hotel provided ear plugs too if needed anyway!
