We drove 3.5 hours to the hotel with 3 small kids, within 10 minutes of arriving the front desk associate came to let us know we got a noise complaint. I have a 1 year old, 4 year old and 6 year old who is autistic she likes to jump, and they were in a vehicle for over 3 hours so they were running around. They werent screaming or hollering they were running around the rooms and the only thing below our floor is the front desk so I'm pretty sure she was the one complaining, there were also several families at this place and since mine was above the front desk we got the "noise complaint"
