The staff was nice.

Absolutely nothing to like. Weird people hanging out right outside the door, dark surroundings, sketchy to say the least. My room was serviced only once (even tho I always leave tips for housekeeping), and only had hot water for the first day.

Wifi didnt work, staff was informed. Nothing happened. They had a robotics conference and the teams were very noisy late at night and early morning.

Room was very dated. 1980s style. Two broken elevators, hall carpets very old. Toilet didnt work. Shower drain broken and started closed the whole time.

Only one of 4 elevators was working; however, the one working elevator was also shut down on the morning of our departure and I had to walk up and down 8 stories of stairs after having major surgery 2 weeks prior. HORRIBLE experience!
