Positives: I honestly can’t think about anything good.

Negatives: The hotel was under major renovations which made just about ALL amenities, facilities and services unavailable to guests. I was surprised that this hotel failed to make abundantly clear about the extensive renovations they are currently undergoing. The packed breakfast was terrible and the coffee was horrendous. Booking.com should drop this hotel from its website until ALL renovations are completed. Additionally I strongly believe that I should be given a full refund for having to undergo such uncomfortable stay. My original plans were to stay seven nights and left the next day

Positives: Location close to where I needed to go. Free parking.

Negatives: The hotel was being remodeled and thus had no restroom available on the main floor for restaurant customers. They kept me waiting to get my room key, while one of the two front desk clerks just straightened her paperwork before assisting me. A loud bath exhaust fan motor could be heard in the whole room. Worst of all, the toilet seat was cheap and very thin. It was like sitting on the ceramic lip of the bowl, and thus, your body was too close to the water level in the bowl. I complained but the staff just laughed.

Positives: The staff was nice.

Negatives: Absolutely nothing to like. Weird people hanging out right outside the door, dark surroundings, sketchy to say the least. My room was serviced only once (even tho I always leave tips for housekeeping), and only had hot water for the first day.

Negatives: The place was under construction and I did not see the on the website. The pool was not available, the gym was not available, the elevators kept going out and when you are handicapped and on the 5th floor this is an issue. The breakfast buffet did not allow one to take food to your room. We got 2 breakfast buffet tickets, one for each of us for the inconvenience. This place was awful.
