The bed. The pillows went so flat that the few hours I did sleep, I woke up with a crick in my neck and they looked like just the pillow case was the only thing left. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I was pretty unhappy that I spent a little over $250 for a night for a bad night sleep, I was hoping for a good nights rest for that amount of money.
